Warranty

Complex life time:
50 years min, only if service maintenance, post-warranty service and routine maintenance are performed in compliance with the plan of measures.

Installed equipment life time:
20 years minonly if service maintenance, post-warranty service and routine maintenance are performed in compliance with the plan of measures.

Warranty on all parts and special-purpose equipment:
3 years min.

Post-warranty service is performed as by an agreement, where terms of post-warranty service, prices and necessary routine maintenance procedures are provided separately.

 

Service operations

Service operations are performed by the support personnel at the The Automated Treatment Complex place of operation. The support personnel is trained by "Ecotor" CJSC specialists during the period of balancing and commissioning. The support personnel performs the following duties:

control and monitoring functions on measurement devices (work process can be almost completely automated);
regular mandatory preventive cleansing of inlet grate from solid waste; cleaning of replaceable modules and specialized devices.

 

Routine maintenance

Routine maintenance is mandatory to perform by the trained local support personnel; organized in compliance with the schedule and instructions; performed only conjointly with the our staff not less than once a year.

Member of support staff is directed on Complex in cases of emergency or routine maintenance.

Customer starts paying for routine maintenance not less than after 1 year of putting the The Automated Treatment Complex into operation.

Routine maintenance operations on changing the special equipment and the devices designed for its changing are performed not les than after 5 years after putting the The Automated Treatment Complex into operation, or by customer's request.

Time of direct mount of The Automated Treatment Complex with necessary communication hook-up depends on its productive capacity and is coordinated with the customer. Time of direct putting the Complex into operation (including test cycle) and attaining the planned capacity or planned operating duty varies from 7 to 45 days (up to 90 days for large-scale objects).

Preparation of project documentation: 30-180 days.

Use of chemical agent equipment (equipment, dosing and measuring devices, communications and coagulants) is excluded.

Maintaining operations are of low costs and consist of control and monitoring functions and preventive regular measures on collecting and utilization of solid waste from inlet grate; cleaning and replacing of special onboard modules.
